Refund and Returns

  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in unused condition and unopened packaging within 14 days for a full replacement or a full refund. We will refund the returns postage if the items are damaged, faulty, or if the wrong items have been sent. 
  2. We will refund or reship if the ordered package did not arrive for one reason or the other. A full refund of the actual cost of the package or a reship of the same product(S) ordered. Customers will be given the choice to choose either a total refund or reship.
  3. If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be made for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home when the collection is to be made, you may leave the goods somewhere safe.

Exchanges

We will send out exchanges inside the US and Canada for free, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the exchange order. When exchanging for a lower-priced item we will credit you the difference, should the replacement item be more expensive we will contact you to arrange additional payment.

Canceling Orders

If you wish to cancel your order directly after purchasing or before we have shipped your item then please email with your order number and a reason for the cancellation. We will process this for you as soon as possible. If we have by this time already shipped out your items for delivery, then we will treat your request as a refund and will be subject to our stated policy.

Your refund will be issued onto the same method of payment you paid with. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, on returns this can take up to 3 days. Please note that in busier periods refunds can take longer, but never more than 7 days.
